Apparently a trooper from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol pulled a man over for a traffic stop and asked him about a "weird chemical smell."
The man responded by turning tail and trying to flee.
The trooper tried to detain him and in the ensuing scuffle, the "one-pot lab," a portable meth-making device, aka probably a drink bottle filled with unstable chemicals, completely exploded inside his pants and got all over his body (though he wasn't seriously injured).
Meth! It basically makes you stupid.
